2022 ARTWORKS
While 2021 was about expansion, 2022 has been all about refinement.
Instead of pushing myself to create pieces every single day to appease Twitter’s algorithm Gods, I chose to take more time on my work and began developing a real recognizable style while still exploring with different mediums such as digital painting, 3D modeling, animation, and AI generative work. Still finding the balance.
This in turn has caused my work to become less abstract, due to my work not always being fueled by a flurry of intense emotions that I need to immediately throw onto a canvas.
It has become more surreal, even darker (if that’s possible), with a stronger sense of form. Instead of processing emotions in the heat of the moment, my work has become more of a painterly documentation of past events in my life and desires for the future.
